Role Purpose: 

To provide our clients with professional and personalised documentation ready for their trip. This role will be working across multi brands, Including Elegant Resorts & If Only


Accountabilities 
  • Produce detailed client itineraries and documentation in compliance with company standards.
  • Create App versions of the itinerary and documentation when required.
  • Conduct quality checks on all bookings to ensure accuracy of itineraries.
  • Mitigate errors and losses; take corrective action for any mistakes or omissions that could expose the business to loss or negatively impact clients' travel plans.
  • Ensure all documents are created and dispatched within SLA via post, email, and App, working through multiple pipelines.
  • Handle telephone enquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Manage and action the email inboxes.
  • Resolve and support sales/aftersales with any issues related to documentation.
  • Complete daily tasks assigned for the department.
  • Perform regular stock checks and notify relevant parties when restock is needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date information in the snippet system to ensure accurate information on documentation.
  • Assist with all testing projects and developments.
  • Create and regularly update “how to” manuals for all current and new processes to a high standard.
  • Take immediate proactive steps to correct any mistakes or omissions that expose the business to risk and could potentially reduce profits.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the systems and processes.

Job requirements

Experience, Knowledge and Skills

  • Travel Industry background is beneficial
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Technical Proficiency, comfortable working across various software tools and systems
