Purpose of the role overview
Lead the delivery of a 3-year strategic Target Operating Model (TOM), enabling efficient business operations through scalable, maintainable systems that drive business value. Provide leadership and management to ensure successful execution and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Delivery:

    • Shape and execute the 3-year scalable TOM roadmap for Luxury businesses.

    • Analyze, re-engineer processes, and build business cases to deliver projects such as CRM, Reservations, and Client Documentation systems.

    • Leverage strong Business Analysis and Project Management skills using tools like Monday.com.

  • Leadership & People Management:

    • Provide clear direction and leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

    • Manage, mentor, and develop team members, ensuring their skills align with business objectives.

    • Delegate effectively while maintaining accountability for project outcomes.

  • Supplier & System Management:

    • Manage system suppliers, upgrades, and changes while mitigating risks and optimizing usage.

    • Lead UAT for system enhancements and ensure systems deliver maximum value.

    • Develop comprehensive reporting solutions aligned with business needs.

  • Stakeholder Communication:

    • Engage stakeholders and teams to drive enthusiasm and collaboration on new solutions.

    • Maintain meticulous documentation for strategy, risks, and project updates.

    • Create and share actionable roadmaps.

  • Security & Compliance:

    • Ensure IT systems meet security standards (ISO27001, CyberEssentials) and maintain Disaster Recovery plans.

    • Work alongside IT compliance teams to mitigate risks and ensure robust data protection.

Candidate Profile

Job requirements

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven expertise in Business Analysis, leading technical projects, and managing teams.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to guide teams and secure stakeholder buy-in.

  • Experience managing suppliers and overseeing complex systems.

  • Change management, UAT, and risk mitigation capabilities.

  • Clear strategic thinking, planning, and resource management abilities.

  • Solid understanding of IT security principles (e.g., GDPR).

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2).

  • Knowledge of travel systems, CRM, eCommerce, and APIs.

  • Exposure to ITIL practices and technical architectures.
